Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

car title and house property

thank you in advance for taking my question.I and my wife decided to end our marriage.we are at the stage of marittal agreement right now. my wife wants me to give her the car and the house we have in MD. I have no problem in doing that but I want my name to be removed from the title and I need a new refinance for the house on her part. her lawyer press me to sign the deed and the title but I DO NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEBTS WHICH MIGHT OCCUR IN THE FUTURE. what shall I do?
