Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Change of Cutsody

If my 15 year old makes the decision to come live with me in Georgia (he lives in Baltimore), does a modification of custody have to take place. Both parental parties agree to the move, but the current divorce papers state that my ex has ''sole physical custody.

You do need a modification, and, if both people are agreeable, it can be done inexpensively here. Please call me to discuss it further.
