Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Change of venue for alimony?

It seems to be that alimony was granted biasedly against my husband. Is there anyway to take the alimony award to court from one county to another?

The court which issued the alimony award retains jurisdiction over it. To get the amount changed, your husband will have to show a significant change in circumstances since the award was made. Basically this means an increase in the ex-wife's ability to support herself, or a decrease in your husband's ability to pay.
