Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have two checking accounts with the same bank. One is with my mom because she is elderly and I pay her bills. The other is with my husband. My question is if my mom has creditors coming after her can they also access the account I have with my husband?

Not if it's set up as a joint account with right of survivorship (jtwros).
