Changes Child Name

Is there a way I can have my child name change without the father signature.

You have to file a court petition and publish a notice of it in the newspaper. That notice advises anyone who wants to protest the name change how long and how they can do so. If the father doesn't get involved, you shouldn't have a problem. Even if he protests, the judge might allow it if your grounds for changing the name are legitimate.
