child custody

If I went to court for visitation of my son and im his mother and won but his dad has legal custody but he is not following the visitation order can I now appeal it and get phisical custody and how do I when I live in philadelphia and he lives in maryland

If your court-ordered visitation is being denied, you can file a petition for contempt in the court that issued the order. You can also file for a modification of custody in the same court. Since the child resides in Maryland, that is where proper jurisdiction is.
