Child Custody

My neice and her boyfriend have a one year old baby. She wants to move to Florida from Maryland to live with me and leave him. Can she do it legally?

Barring any written agreement between your niece and her boyfriend, the answer is yes, she can relocate to Florida. Bear in mind that he can file for custody and/or visitation here in Maryland.
