Re: child supervised visits

Whether the court will order supervised visits depends on all of the evidence presented to the judge, not just the mother's expressed concern. The mother would have to come up with concrete evidence that there have been unreasonable risks to which the child has been exposed, or specific episodes of harm or potential harm to the child, while in the father's unsupervised care. Of course, the father would be entitled to present evidence to the contrary.
