Child Support Adjustment

A man has a teen son from his ex-girlfriend. They were never married. He has paid child support faithfully over the years. The mother has long since remarried and now has two additional sons with her husband. The father is also expecting a child in his new relationship. Can any of these factors (her marriage, her two additional children, his new baby) affect the amount of child support due?

Re: Child Support Adjustment

If any of the other children you mentioned were receiving support pursuant to a court order, that amount would adjust the payor's income in order to determine the amount of support due for the teen son. I assume that isn't the case in your situation.
