Child support after age 18

I am wondering if my ex-spouse is responsible for continuing child support for my child until she is 21 as long as she is in college.

The only way your ex-spousae could be liable for a contribution to your daughter's support while she is in college would be if there was a specific requirement in the divorce judgment or in a separation agreement which is incorporated into the judgment.

A child in MD is entitled to the support of both parents until he/she turns 18 or graduates from high school, whichever comes last, but not beyond age 19 in any event. There are some exceptions which terminate support earlier than this.
