Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In a child support case were the custodial parent makes 50,000 a year and care for 2 children ages 17 and 11and carries health insurance on the children and the non custoidal parent makes 22,000 what would the non custodial parent obliation in child support be?

The simple answer is "it depends." It will depend if the $22,000 is the only means of "income" the non-custodial parent makes. It also depends on how much custody/time the non-custodial parent gets with the children -- the more time/money the non-custodial parent spends on the children, the less his child support obligation.
