child support

I filed exception to my child support order and I was denied because they did not properly comply with maryland rule 2-541(g) subsection (2) What did I do wrong and can I refile for child support through the bureau of support

The rule that you cited requires that you order a transcript of the Master's hearing at the time of filing of exceptions. You must also file a certificate of compliance with the rule. Per the rule, failure to do so may result in the dismissal of the exceptions.
