child support

my kids father wont pay support or work but he just move to a new state and open a business can i collect my court order support now

First of all, you need to file a contempt petition against him in the court where he was ordered to pay support. You also need to establish the amount of his arrearage and get a judgment against him for that amount. After that, you can try and attach his assets, including any bank accounts, but you may have to have the judgment transferred to the state he's living in if he's using a bank there. If he were not self-employed, you could garnishee his paycheck or get an earnings withholding order, but if he's self-employed, that won't work.
