Child Support
Can I lower child support if she has a man living with her? He pays her bills, and rent.

Re: Child Support
Child support is virtually always based on the income of the parents, not on basic living expenses. There are some exceptions, primarily child care expenses and uninsured medical expenses. If your child support payment includes funds for these items, and if you could prove that the mother's paramour is paying these expenses directly, you might have a basis for requesting a reduction. However, the mother's paramour has no legal obligation to support your child, and the relationship could end at any time. So while you could petition for a reduction, it would be a difficult task to get a court to agree to it.
