Child Support
Once an order is made for child support, how long do one have to wait to try for an increase.

Increasing or decreasing child support is not dependent upon time, in fact time has nothing to do with it.
In order to seek a change in child support there must be a material change in the wages underlying the original order for support.
Whether a change is material or not is subjective and usually a change of 25 percent is significant. Speak with an attorney about your specific matter.
