Child support & Reconciliation

if I have child support arrears and me and the ncp reconciles and notifies the court, will the court continue to pursue arrears?

It depends on how the arrears were accumulated. If you were on public assistance and the arrearage claim was brought by them to collect back from the ncp the money they paid out to you, they'll probably pursue it. If public assistance wasn't involved and there is no judgment in the court records against the ncp, it would be up to you to pursue it.
