Child Support

If I sign over my rights, because the mother of the child ask me too, She getting married. Do I still have to pay child support

If the new husband is prepared to adopt the child, then you will not be obligated to pay child support. But if all you're agreeing to is not to try and exercise visitation, then legally you still have a child support obligation, if she chooses to pursue it.

It depends on what "rights" you are referring to. If your parental rights are being fully terminated, then you will not have an obligation to pay child support. If you are simply agreeing to give the mother custody and/or waiving your visitation rights, then you may still have a legal obligation to pay support.
