child support
Can I waive getting child support from my childrens father?
I would have physical custody and he would have some visitation.
He make 3x's as much as I do, but I dont want to go to
court.

No one can force you to go to court unless you're receiving public assistance. If there is no divorce involved in this relationship, and you don't need the father's assistance in providing for the children's needs, you don't have to go to court. On the other hand, you are depriving your children of their legal right to the support of their father. You could solve this problem by trying to make a child support agreement with him. As long as he lives up to the agreement by paying the amount of support called for, you won't need to go to court. If he violates the agreement, you can enforce it in a court proceeding.
