Child Support/Custody
I've put in for child support at the CSO, and they told me in december i had an appointment in march and i never got on. So i there the other day and they told me i have an appointment in two months, is there anyway i can speed up the process? Also since the father and i cannot come to terms on anything because he never holds up his end of the deal is there anything i can do about that?

Re: Child Support/Custody
If your case is not before the court at this time, you can file a petition for custody and child support. You will have to serve him with the court papers when they are issued. Then you will have to provide the court with evidence of his income as well as yours. You will need an attorney to represent you if you want to succeed. Consult the pro bono project of your county bar association if you can't afford an attorney.
