child support/medical expenses

Have been divorced for 2 years. Have 3 children 11, 9 and 5. Have been in and out of court due to custody issues. We have joint legal and mother has sole physical. She remarried and moved 75 miles away. Last court order 8/06 changed visitation to 3 weekends with father 1 weekend with mother during school year and 7days with mother 7days with father during summer vacation. If nothing else was decided by the court in 8/06 about holidays, winter and spring breaks from school do we follow the previous agreement at the time of divorce?

If the new order is silent as to other aspects of visitation, then those should remain the same.
