Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

If my children are returned to me by protective services. Do I still need to pay child support if they are now living with me full time.

What does the child support order state about your required payments? If it doesn't specifically state you can stop when the children are returned or on a certain date, you have to return to court to stop the support and obtain any refund. You should do this as soon as possible.
