Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I HAVE A CONSENT ORDER REQUIRING ME TO PAY BACK MONEY THAT MY x SAYS I OWED HIM DUE TO HIM OVER PAYING CHILD SUPPORT WHEN I WAS THE CUSTODIAL PARENT HE CLAIMS I DID NOT USE THE MONEY CRAZINESS IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS NOW AND I NEVER PAID IT AND THEY ARE CLAIMING IT IS AREARS IN CHILD SUPPORT WHICH IT IS NOT AND GOING TO MAKE ME PAY (HE ACTUALLY OWES ME AREARS AND WILL NOT PAY IT SO THAT IS WHHY THEY ARE DOING THIS NOW) how can i overturnt his consent order done under duress and inaccuracies

can I request a Variation on the consent order due to changes in circumstances or plead it is against public policy to just make on going litigation what they have been doing to me for 14 years etc

WHAT CAN I DO
