i have a court date coming up for guradinship. what if any will the questions be for the child and me

It depends on how old the child is as to whether he will be required to speak during the court date. As for you, any questions that get at the main point -- "What's in the best interest of the child?" So, for instance, do you have a job? How much do you get paid? Are you full or part time? Do you have transportation? Is it reliable? How much time do you spend with the child? Are you the child's primary caretaker? Do you punish your children? Do you hit them? Have you ever hit them? These are just a few possibilities.
