Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

court order

I bought some trucks from a guy in the state of maryland and got the titles and the trucks but before we did the deal he was ordered by the court not to sell any equipment can I be held liable for anything?

Re: court order

You might be ordered to return the trucks to the trustee in bankruptcy, whereupon you would become a general creditor of the bankrupt party.
