Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I sent the court order for contemp charges to my daughter's mother and they have tried to deliver it twice now and left notices both times and she still has not gone to pick up the letter. It is now past the time that she was supposed to be served now what do I do?

You will have to request reissuance of the petition and next time you will need to hire a private process server to serve her as she is obviously ignoring certified mail notices. You can serve her at her job if she is employed.
