when you have already been granted a divorse. And came to the aggreement of your personal belongings, how and who gets the court order. And how long should it take to receive a court order?

The court order is sent to all parties or their attorneys if they are represented by one. The time varies judge by judge, but usually takes about 2 weeks. But if you and your ex have an agreement between yourselves as to the distribution of personal belongings, you do not need to wait for a court order to accomplish this.
