Okay. I am curious to know if my husband can go in and change a court order drawn up by his lawyer and signed by the judge without me seeing/saying anything about it?

Of course not. But if your husband's lawyer filed a petition to change a court order and properly served you with it, and you ignored it, then he's free to obtain the requested change without any further input from you.
