Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Court orders

In september 2006, my e-wife and i went back to court to modify child support. At the end of court, the judge enter a ;report of master'. I have not yet received an order. Isn't there a time frame that an order has to be submitted to the courts after the hearing?

Re: Court orders

If you appeared before a Master, he or she would have issued recommendations. After a 10-day exceptions period, the recommendations are sent to a judge for signature. I would suggest calling the clerk of the court and asking if the recommendations were ever signed by a judge. If so, you can go to the courthouse and request a copy.
