Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My current wife and I have Maryland divorces from our former spouses and the only residue is that I am required to pay monthly alimony. We have a joint checking account, are buying a house and are begining to accumulate capital. Our divorces were final in 2008 are any of our assets at risk from either former spouse trying to claim more?

Unless specifically reserved for later determination by the divorce judge, all things are final at that point. Of course, any child support and custody issues are always subject to modification until the children are emancipated.
