What happens to a custody agreement if a parent threatens suiscide/to kill himself because he wants more visitation hours?

Nothing automatically happens, but the other parent ought to consider seeking a modification by the court if he or she feels the child might be endangered by this behavior. One possibility would be to ask the court to require the threatening parent to seek counseling.
