Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

The custody evaluator just gave her recommendation but she never called any of my contacts, she never tried to get my version of anything my ex said to her and moreover, she is recommending a schedule not appropiate for my daughter's age. The custody trial is in 2 weeks, do you have any recommendation?

You should have an attorney to represent you. If you don't have an attorney, you could, among other actions, object to the recommendation based upon an insufficient investigation and inappropriate schedule.
