If a custody judgment and order are issues and incorrectly identify a child with the wrong birthdate, does that nullify the terms of the existing order? Can a school refuse to honor the order?

If it's clear from the order who the child is despite the wrong birthdate, the school should abide by it. You ought to be able to get it corrected easily by filing a motion with the court.
