Custody Modification
The mother of my child has 2 other children besides mine. last week I found out that they were taken by Social services for the 2nd time. How would I subpoena her records to find out what is going on--name removed--c my son is in danger! Would I file for like an emergency hearing for supervised visits or just file for mod? I already have custody but they don't allow her to have other children unsupervised and would like to know what steps to take to get the same for my child

You can file for a modification of her visitation schedule, asking the court to limit it to supervised visitation, or whatever you think is appropriate. You can subpoena the social services caseworker to testify and bring records to court if necessary.
