Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My ex is trying to take custody away from me of my two teenage kids who have been living with me in Maryland since divorce of 10 yrs ago. He lives in antoher state as he chose to move away a few years ago. He is accusing me of all kinds of things such as using bad language in front of the children. He sent me about 40 interrogatories that are requesting I answer with "Fact" or "Deny." What if I choose to answer with an explanation and not those particular words.
What will happen? On what basis would a judge change the custody arrangment at his point?

In Maryland, interrogatories are limited to 25. Your answers can be used against you in court, for that reason you should have an attorney review the questions, and your proposed answers.
