Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My daughter -in-law left my son and took their daughter. They are staying at her mother's house. There is no legal seperation or custody arraignment at this time but they are telling us that we can only see the child when it is convenient for them. Does the father have a legal right to see his child at any time (reasonable and not disruptive to the childs routine )?

Yes, he has the right to see the children. However, he needs to be careful. Desperate women lie and allege domestic abuse to gain an advantage in child custody and property division. The safest thing for him is to file for legal separation and visitation/custody.
