Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
my daughter, single mom of 4 is being pulled into a custody dispute between another couple.
the father does not want the mother to see child so is watching my daughter and children who live close to the mother and emailing the mother saying such things as ,do not let my son play with chandler, he has a violent past. chandler my grandson has adhd and is being treated by doctor and therapist. he also states that my grandaughter is very sexually mature. she is 9 and has never been touched and myself and my daughter do all we can to battle what she hears and sees and she is innocent. also he mentions that they are not dressed appropriately , are dirty etc and none of this is true. all of this is being done to try and use my daughter and grandchildren as a tool against the mother for custody fight.
is there any actions we can take now as he has threatened even calling soc.services. should we contact anyone. is this harssment. is he violating any rights of my daughter ,grandchildren?

This is between the other parents, and if the mother is intimidated and decides not to let her children associate with your grandchildren in order to protect her custody rights, there is not much you can do. If she is not intimidated and he takes her to court, your daughter can be a witness on behalf of the mother.
