Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Deadbeat Dad

Husband lives in Fla.. I live in Md. with the 2 children. He sends miminum amount req. to Child Services (never) full amount. Judge in Fla. is friend of his family and continually Judges in his favor. I have had to travel to Fla for many Court Battles. I have paid for the travel the past 12 years (unreimbursed) and am met with the same Judge ,with no relief.

How can I get the case heard in an unbias court in MD.? Who can I contact?

And, have recently been served to appear in Fla. - same Judge - June 09 for X seeking relief of all child support. Please help ASAP.

Re: Deadbeat Dad

If Florida retained jurisdiction over the children while they are minors, you really should speak with a Florida attorney (you don't mention the ages of the children). Contact me if you would like some names and contact information for local Florida attorneys.
