Go to the circuit courthouse in the county where the decree was granted. You should be able to look up the case in their index. Ask the courthouse clerks for assistance. You can then get the file from the file room and make a copy of the decree.

Of course, if the decree is from another state, your task will be more difficult; you'll have to get in touch with the officials there for assistance.
