Re: denying visitation

There is no period of time that you have to wait in order to enforce a visitation order. You would prove denial of visitation by your records that you attempted to exercise visitation when you were supposed to have it but the other parent denied access to the child. Perhaps you have a witness to the denial. Recorded phone conversations or voice messages can sometimes suffice. As for your last question, court's are reluctant to terminate parental rights just because one parent is not exercising them, especially if that parent objects to the termination.
