Dismissing an ex parte protective order
I filed one against my husband about a month ago and we are now in counseling and things are going well. How can I dismiss this so he is allowed back into our home?

You and your husband should file a joint motion to dismiss the case and set aside the Order that now prevents him from re-entering the premises. It would be advisable to ask at attorney to assist youl.
