I want to disown my natural adult son due to excessive drinking and gambling. Could a flegal form be provided by e.mail?

What's the purpose of disowning your son, who is an adult? You have no responsibility to support your child past the age of majority (18). If you would like to submit more facts, that would be helpful.

By "disown," do you mean provide no inheritance? While Maryland, like most states, will not allow you to disinherit a spouse, you have no obligation to leave any portion of your estate to an adult child. But you need to have an estate plan that makes your wishes and objectives clear.
