Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My divorce was final over ten years ago. The separation agreement and the deed to the house were "set aside" (The deed was signed over to me). I got custody of the one child we had and no child support. The propery settlement was to be heard later. To date it has not been settled the deed to the house is still in my name. I have solely paid all bills (mortgage, taxes, up keep) for the house. Does this mean the house is mine or can my ex still come after it as he claims once I pay for it!?

You need a new family law lawyer and quick. Don't let it wait. It's time to pony up and hire a lawyer.
Best of luck.
