I am going through a divorce, but it is not finalized yet. I am pregnant by someone else not my husband, is my husband responsible for the child.

You husband would be the legally presumptive father if the child was conceived during the marriage. However, the presumption may be rebutted by evidence establishing that a third party is the actual father.
