Divorce Hearing Transcript

If what was stated during the hearing is different than what was stated in the divorce decree, can either of the parties request a copy of the divore transcript without having to pay the full transcript cost based on the belief that there was an error?

Afraid not. Any party who requests a transcript will have to pay for it. There are no discounts.
