Divorce inquiry
my husband whom i married last july of 2002 was previously married in 1990's in the philippines. and the woman that he married in 1990's was married to another man sometime in 1980's in the philippines as well. the the 2 marriage in the philippines are both excisting in the national Statistics Office,, and from what i understand that the marriage that took place in 1995 between my husband and that woman is void, ( please correct me if im Wrong) now my question is,, is my marriage with my husband is void? because im confused, does he still need to file a divorce for his previous wife even if their marriage is null and void? what do i need to do to make sure that my marriage with my husband is true? please advice i need your help,, thank you for your time.

I think you should check in the Philippines to see of there was a divorce in between the marriages. Your marriage would not be valid unless your spouse was divorced before your marriage.
