divorce interrogatories
if the opposing party sends a interrogatorries in my sons bookbag but signs a certificate saying he mailed it regular AND certified am i still required to answer the interrogatories?

He would have falsified the certificate of service but you will have received the discovery documents. You should respond to the discovery rather than trying to avoid or delay. An attorney can alleviate your work with the legal process.

Although the certificate is inaccurate, since you in fact received the interrogatories, you should answer them. You'll otherwise just waste a lot of time if your spouse knows enough to file a discovery motion against you. He/she could mail, fax or email them to you easily enough.
