divorce in maryland

I am seeking to find out my rights in the seperation process as well as being unemployed prior to my spouse ask for a divorce she has made more money then me but like to know my financial agreement that can be made before one of us leave the premises & if I am due any spouse support as well.

To answer your last question, if you are incapable of supporting yourself, as opposed to just preferring not to work, you may be entitled to spousal support, but there would have to be a significant difference in the amount your wife earns versus what you are able to earn. You and your wife can try and negotiate a separation agreement which would resolve all the marital issues, such as property division, who will be responsible for debts, any issues regarding minor children if there are any, etc. You would be well advised to hire an experienced family attorney to help you with this, and if you don't have the financial resources to do so, you may be eligible for a pro bono or legal aid attorney.
