Divorce/ Property Settlement

During Divorce, a home was signed over to one party, if it was refinanced before divorce finalized, the recieving party did not do this what are my options? The home is still in my name as well and he has been defaulting.

The only thing you can do is file a motion for contempt if the order required him to obtain financing. If not, you might need a clarifying order. If this issue is important to you, I suggest you consult an attorney.
