Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

divorce/ seperation interrogatories

if my husband has served me with interrogatories and gave me 1 week to answer, am i still required to answer, being as though I should have 30 days to answer unless court ordered. There is no court order

By rule, you have 30 days after you were served to respond, unless there is a Scheduling Order in place that sets an earlier discovery deadline.
