what is the next step after i been server with terrigertories from my wife att. and do i need to request the same from him

I assume you are referring to interrogatories. You have 30 days to answer them, and you must use the proper court format. You are entitled to serve interrogatories on your wife's attorney, and also to request that they produce documents.

If you have significant issues in the divorce, such as property rights, child custody, support or alimony, you are going to be severely disadvantaged trying to handle this yourself against a presumably seasoned divorce lawyer.

Yes, you can serve interrogatories upon your estranged spouse but be careful to know all the rules. This process, as well as other matters, are applied through statute and law by the Court. You may have other rights to enforce. You should contact an attorney.
